Here is a picture of the sippy cup that works! We have tried all kinds for Ella. She hasn't been able to use any except this one. It does have the valve in it. The others she either couldn't get anything out of or she'd drown herself. This one is available individually (not in a fancy package) for about a dollar at Wal-Mart. My daughter also uses this kind for her toddler with special needs.

Thats the one I use too! Definately the best for Evelyn. She drowns herself in every other kind.
