Joel's lungs are both inflated! He's currently off the pacemaker! My heart is overflowing with gratitude to the Lord!! Thank you to all who prayed as I requested, that God would blow life into his lungs and heal Joel!Here is a smile from our boy this morning! Papa says he's a little more awake now.

I'm so relieved to hear that things are looking up, at last, and Joel's recovery has begun! :)
I'm also impressed that Mike thought to buy you roses for Valentine's Day! I confess that Rud and I completely forgot about our anniversary when Sheana was in the hospital for her heart surgery! We realized we'd missed it, when things "settled down". :)

oh wow - I haven't checked on you guys in a little while - and you have been so busy. congratulations on Lucy's adoption, what a wonderful relief. And poor Joel - I'm so glad that he has pulled through. So very scary.
